Straw yellow with vivid shades of green, typical of the vine. Hints of citrus, acacia flowers, elderberry and hawthorn on the nose. Balanced on the palate the pleasant fresh sensation of acidity and minerality alternates with the moderate warmth of alcohol. Delicate perceptions of bitter almond in the finish, which characterize Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi wines. It is one of the best wines for blue fish and can be paired with many seafood dishes. Ideal also with white meat.
