Offida DOCG Pecorino

The name Ofithe recalls the city of Offida, capital of the DOCG of the same name. According to legend, this town owes its origins to the goddess Ophis, also known as goddess of the golden snake, to whom a temple is dedicated and to which our label refers. This wine has a strong personality, smooth texture and balance, a great concentration of aromas, mainly citrus fruits, good alcohol and a remarkable acid component.

Curiosity: the characteristic name of the vine derives from the fact that it comes from territories where sheep breeding and transhumance were practiced.
