Absolutely considered one of the best straw wines, as witnessed by the numerous awards obtained all over the world. Last hand-picked in the vineyard of Contrada Novali in late October/early November, the grapes are consistently attacked by noble rot (botrytis cinerea), then left to dry indoors on racks for 3 months and finally made into wine. The natural sweet wine thus obtained is a wine of great thickness and consistency in which hints of candied citrus fruits, exotic fruits and elegant tertiary, spicy and floral aromas prevail.
