Moncaro has relied on Distilleria Collesi since the early 1990s for the production of high-quality spirits. Collesi is located in the municipality of Apecchio, in the heart of the Umbria-Marche Apennines, and is one of the very few companies working at altitude (700m above sea level) where humidity is low and temperature range marked. In line with our values, we use craftsman systems combined with the best processing techniques, which guarantee product quality while preserving the organoleptic characteristics of the raw material.
