Moncaro opens the doors of the new aging cellar to visitors. Majestic vaulted arches, oak barrels and barriques and an area intended for pupitres for the bottle aging of classic method sparkling wine: this is how the underground cellar located few meters away from Montecarotto headquarter, near Erard restaurant, looks like.
