Castelli di Jesi Verdicchio DOCG Riserva Classico

This wine takes its name from the Contrada Novali vineyard of the same name in Castelplanio. The particular microclimate, influenced by both the Adriatic Sea and the Apennines, allows us to push the ripening of the fruit on the vine until late October/early November when the grapes are partially attacked by noble rot (botrytis cinerea). The long aging in steel and a small part in oak barrels on its own yeasts (sur lie) allows us to obtain a wine of great structure and complexity, fresh, fine and elegant, to be appreciated even several years after harvest.
