The research and innovation path we started in the 1980's led us to the Conero area in order to discover the unexplored sides of Montepulciano, the main red grape variety of central Italy. This experimentation led to the production of Le Silve, a name which recalls the typical Mediterranean scrub of the area of origin. The innovative winemaking technique allows us to obtain a fresh, smooth and not excessively structured wine which exalts the color and aromas of Montepulciano.
