Lively purple red, typical of Lacrima grapes. Intense and persistent bouquet with hints of small wild berries and clear notes of rose and violet. The taste reappears in the mouth the savory undergrowth fruitiness. Fine and elegant. Ideal with dishes rich in aromas and spices, its specialties are however the traditional first courses of Italian cuisine, such as bucatini all'amatriciana and penne all'arrabbiata.
