These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales of products made through the Website to users qualifying as consumers under applicable law.
By placing an order on the Website, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
3. Purchase Requirements
Purchases on the Website are allowed exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
The customer guarantees that all information provided during the purchase process is true, complete, and accurate.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly represent the actual product.
The Seller reserves the right to modify the product range at any time.
5. Prices
All prices shown on the Website are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are not included in the product prices unless expressly indicated and will be clearly specified before the order is completed.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, the price charged to the customer will be the one displayed at the time the order is placed.
6. Purchase Procedure
To place an order, the customer must:
- select the desired products;
- add them to the shopping cart;
- correctly complete the required information;
- choose a payment method;
- confirm the order.
Order confirmation constitutes a purchase proposal.
The sales contract is deemed concluded when the Seller sends the customer an order confirmation email.
7. Shipping and Delivery Costs
The Seller ships only within Italy.
Shipping conditions are as follows:
- Standard shipping cost: €15.00
- Free shipping for orders equal to or exceeding €75.00
- Cash on delivery: additional charge of €5.00
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and product availability.
The Seller shall not be held liable for delays attributable to the courier or events of force majeure.
8. Payment Methods
The customer may choose one of the following payment methods:

9. Order Refusal or Cancellation
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, even after sending the confirmation email, in the following cases:
- product unavailability;
- incorrect or incomplete customer information;
- payment issues;
- suspected fraudulent activity.
In such cases, any amount already paid will be refunded.
10. Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for service disruptions caused by events of force majeure, including but not limited to accidents, strikes, natural events, transport disruptions, or IT service interruptions.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity, or execution of these terms, the competent court shall be the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, where required by law.
