Madreperla was born from the will to make a great classic method all from Marche region and it is the result of the best selection of only Verdicchio grapes since 2015 vintage. The frothing of the base wine takes place only with the grapes' natural sugars, after which the wine remains in bottle on its lees for at least 4 years. A special liqueur d'expedition is added at disgorgement, a blend made with different vintages of Verdicchio Riserva and with our Verdicchio brandy.
