Lively ruby red with light shades of violet. Fruity bouquet of ripe sour cherries and plums giving way to floral sensations. Intense, fine and persistent on the palate. Excellent with autumn and winter cuisine and also very pleasant in summer as a companion to a full meal of meat and cold cuts if the serving temperature is slightly lowered.
